Refunds

Our Return Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

It is important to check the integrity of the products purchased, always before use. If any errors or problems are found, these must be reported to us immediately.

Orders can be canceled before shipment without motivation, by sending a request via email to info@afroitalia.it or by filling out our contact form - in the subject the order number. After shipment, it will be necessary to wait for the delivery before evaluating a possible return.

Before requesting a refund, it is necessary to check that the item is NEW, with its original packaging, intact, not damaged or modified.

We are constantly committed to offering safe and qualitatively perfect products, therefore:

- it is not possible to return creams or products which, due to their characteristics and nature, are likely to deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly (Article 55 paragraph II letter c).
- it is not possible to replace items already sent.
- The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, new, undamaged, unopened, altered or modified. Otherwise the product will be rejected.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 3 working days from the day of receipt of the order, send a request email to info@afroitalia.it, with the order number.

If there has been an error or you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days to info@afroitalia.it with the order number. In these cases AfroItalia, after internal verification, undertakes to close the report with refunds and / or withdrawals; while it does not guarantee withdrawals, replacements or stock of orders until the products are restocked. The management times of the reports take up to 4 working days.

The return and replacement costs for other reasons are NOT borne by AfroItalia.

Refunds accepted after the item integrity check will be issued at 100% of the product cost ((minus shipping and other additional costs)) within 6 business days from the date of receipt in stock.

Non-compliant products will be rejected by re-sending them to the shipping address without obligation.

EXPENSES SANCTIONS
Shipments that will be returned to the warehouse will be charged with the following expenses

5% total order amount
6 Eur shipping costs
6 Eur return costs
6 Eur storage costs

if the amount of the order is less than the sum of the expenses indicated above, no refund will be issued


WHEN IS A PACKAGE RETURNED TO THE SENDER?

At the request of the recipient
After two delivery attempts
After result of incorrect address or unknown / non-existent recipient
After 48h (esc. Sunday only) in stock (therefore no collection from the recipient)
