    FREE for purchases over 45 €
    € 3.50 for orders with online payment
    € 6.50 for orders with cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

    NOTE: The shipping costs for some zip codes in the islands are higher and are calculated before payment

    Spain, France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, UK

    FREE for spending over 100 euros, shipping costs vary and are calculated before payment

    24/48 working days from the shipping date (except the Islands, Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, Campania that require 48/72h working days from the shipping date)

  • What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?

    The courier will make a further delivery attempt approximately the next working day.

    If it is not possible to deliver the order, it will remain stationary at the nearest GLS branch upon request to AfroItalia within 24 hours from the date of the last attempt.

    * The second delivery attempt is not valid for outcomes such as: wrong address, unknown recipient or for refused goods.
    To arrange a new delivery (for a fee) contact us.

    Send us your order number and a single photo with all the products received via email info@afroitalia.it or via our social channels to immediately open the report.

  • How can I buy the products?

  • When is an out of stock product available again?

    All out of stock products will be back soon! Click on the bell button on the product detail page, to be notified and not miss the opportunity as soon as it is available again

  • How can I check the availability of a product?

    Click on the "add to cart" button of the product, if the product is sold out you will receive the message at the bottom of your screen

  • Where do they come from and who produces the products?

    AfroItalia is an official dealer, the products come directly from the manufacturers

  • What does the pink CGM sticker indicate on some products?
  • What does it mean to PRE-ORDER a product?

    The pre-order service is activated on products that quickly run out of great demand, only when they arrive at our warehouse.

    Pre-ordering means that as soon as the product reaches our warehouse before being put on sale to everyone, your order will be shipped with priority (in fact, the CASH ON DELIVERY payment method will be disabled!).

    Estimated shipping times are the working days shown on the shopping cart page once these products are added. Pre-ordering one or more products also means that the entire order will be shipped within the indicated working days.

    Note: even the products with the active pre-order service have a limited quantity availability! , so as long as it is active you are in time to seize the opportunity!

  • How can I pay?
    1. Bank transfer (copy the data displayed during the purchase)
    2. Cash on delivery (payment on delivery only in Italy) if you have products with the pre-order service active in your cart this option will not be visible!
    3. Paypal account
    4. * Credit or debit card, postepay, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American express, Discover,Visa Electron, Aurora
      * These payments are made on the Paypal website (it is not necessary to have an account, register or log in, you can proceed without), click on the gray button at the bottom "Pay by card" and proceed by entering the card details and confirming the payment.
